Why have a doula?

A doula is a trained labor supporter who provides continuous emotional and physical comfort throughout labor and birth. We also help you to prepare for birth by helping you understand your options and giving you tools to prepare your mind and body.

"If a doula were a drug,
it would be unethical not to use it."

- Dr. John Kennell

Your birth is a memory you will keep all your life, our goal is to help ensure it will be a positive one.
